Employment:  Millard was a Chief Judge of Orphans Court, Prince George’s County, Maryland (at death). He was also a Prince George’s County Teacher (1895-1910). He was a Justice of the Peace (1895-1910). He was a Maryland Legislature Member (1910-1912). He was also a Southern Maryland Surveyor (until 2 days before his death).
